Monocure 3D CMYK Pigment

Monocure 3D CMYK Pigment set is intended for use with Monocure 3D resin so custom colors can be created to suit individual needs. These pigment dispersions are designed to work with 3D printing applications where UV light is used to cure resin layer by layer. It is a simple but highly effective approach to anchoring dispersant onto pigments to significantly increase print performance. The pigment dispersions do not affect performance across the resin systems, Increased stability is achieved by cross-linking the dispersants to create a robust polymer shell, entrapping each pigment particle.

• CMYK colors - magenta, cyan, yellow, and black

Application & Tips

• shake well before each use
• slowly drip the pigment solution into Monocure 3D resin and mix well until the desired color is reached
• for the same color density as pigmented Rapid resin, add approximately 4 grams (approx. 16drops) of the pigment dispersion into 100 grams of Resin
• add to a white base to get a solid color or to a clear base to get a transparent color
• the more pigment you add, the more solid the color will become. Warning: adding too much could result in curing and build plate adhesion issues

• Make sure to store the pigment in dark and room temperature
• Always wear protective gloves during working with pigment
