The Asiga Pro 4K XL is an industrial-grade DLP 3D printer that brings advanced solutions with the highest details. Precision, reliability, speed, and an Open Material System all come as standard to provide production continuity for the most demanding digital manufacturing environments. Asiga Pro 4K XL is a printer with a large build volume.

Incorporating advanced pixel-shifting technology to increase part accuracy and surface definition without affecting printing time. 4K mode is a standard feature on every PRO 4K. Native pixel mode is also available for scientific applications requiring deterministic pixel behavior.

Difference between Types

The Asiga Pro XL is available in different variants. They differ in pixel size, build volume and wavelength.
The 45-variant has a pixel size of 32 microns in 4K Mode and 45 microns

Native. The build volume is 122 x 69 x 400 mm.
The 65-variant has a pixel size of 46 microns in 4K Mode and 65 microns

Native. The build volume is 176 x 99 x 400 mm.

The 80-variant has a pixel size of 56 microns in 4K Mode and 80 microns

Native. The build volume is 217 x 122 x 400 mm.

All variants are available in either 385 or 405nmLED wavelength.
