Shipping

We understand that once you have placed your order, you want it at your door as soon as possible. That is why we ship orders within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends), and have developed relationships with some of the biggest delivery companies in the game to ensure that you get your items as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping

When we receive your order, your goods will be shipped with our shipping partner UPS. UPS Standard shipping will take 1 or 2 working days to most major countries, cities in the EU, UK and US. Most other countries it will take 3-5 working days on average.

Shipping costs

When purchasing your items, the shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout. You can also calculate the shipping costs in your cart.

Shipping surcharges

  • Remote Area Charge
    Regrettably, some locations may attract an additional delivery surcharge. This is mainly confined to remote areas. For the vast majority of orders, there will be no surcharge. However, regrettably, there may be an additional charge for some of our larger items. Unfortunately due to the wide variety of items we sell and the many different delivery locations you may request, it is not always possible to advise you of a surcharge until we know the exact items you wish to purchase and the delivery Post Code.
    If you are concerned that your order may attract a surcharge, please feel free to get in touch and we will gladly advise you of any additional charges that may be incurred. Alternatively, feel free to place your order, and should any charges be applicable to your order, we will promptly get in touch and you will be given the choice to either pay any excess or indeed cancel your order for a full refund. We are doing all we can to minimise expanded area surcharges including utilizing the services of a wide range of couriers to minimise costs.
  • Incorrect Address Charge
    We cannot overstate the importance of checking your delivery address. Whilst we do everything we can to filter incorrect addresses, it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with the correct address. Please check your delivery details thoroughly to ensure you have provided us with your full and complete address.
    If you have provided us with an incorrect address, additional charges may be incurred:
    If an item is returned to us because your order was undeliverable due to incorrect addressing, you may be charged a redelivery fee.
    Some of our couriers offer the ability to change the delivery address on route. This is however also at additional charge.
    We are regrettably unable to accept any liability for the loss of any parcels where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

Importing goods from the EU

Our prices do not include customs cost, import duties, VAT or any other import charges.

We ship orders import orders with commercial invoices and if needed the standard safety datasheets. Some countries have restrictions or have special rules and regulations on certain products. It’s the customers responsibility to check if special rules or restrictions are in place for the ordered products in the destination country. If special rules or restrictions do apply to your destination, it’s cusstomers responsibility to arrange needed documents/permits to import the ordered products. Our support is always happy to try to help you with this.

In case a product is refused for import, costs of return shipment will be deducted from the order refund. A restocking fee may apply depending on the returned state of the products.
